Built because the spreadsheet
was never the right answer

Multi-unit finance teams spend more time assembling data than analyzing it. We built Datatrixs to change that — consolidated books, instant answers, no heroic Excel work required.

Where it started

We started talking to PE-backed operators and franchise groups who were drowning in the same problem: ten QuickBooks files, one part-time controller, and a month-end close that took three weeks of copy-pasting into a master workbook.

The data existed. The problem wasn't access — it was assembly. Every insight required someone to pull it manually. By the time the report landed, the window to act had closed.

What we built

Datatrixs connects directly to your accounting systems — QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, CSV exports — and consolidates everything into a single financial view. No middleware, no manual exports, no reconciliation rituals.
